Balanzoni 250g

Typical Bolognese fresh pasta with spinach, mortadella, ricotta and parmesan. The closing of the pasta is identical to that of the tortellino, but the two differ in dimension: balanzoni are bigger. They were once consumed during carnival period, hence their name, the same of the famous mask Balanzone. They give their best topped with butter and sage.
